Very excited that Freshly Picked reached out to us for a review their beautiful moccasins.  If you have heard of or seen Freshly Picked Moccasins then you know they are great moccasins. Now the story behind Freshly Picked is great story we must tell.  Susan Peterson the owner and founder of Freshly Picked decided to make her own baby shoes for her son Gus. She believed in her business of making great moccasins that she spent a summer busting out windows  (donated from from her brother) to collect and recycle the aluminum frame to start Freshly Picked. Freshly Picked story is inspirational and that is a business we can get behind and support.

This is what our reviewer mom had to say about Freshly Picked: My favorite thing about these shoes were the color. Not only were they pink, but the material had a shine to it. The shoes are definitely eye catching just because of the color.  You can’t go wrong with cute pink shoes for a little girl.

Freshly Picked Moccasins Review 1

I would have preferred not to have the cut fabric around the top of the shoe, but that is just personal preference for me. Those pieces moved easily and would expose the underside of the fabric which is a different color than the shoe itself, but this is not the case for all the colors.

Overall, the shoe looks well made. The stitching was spot on, no frays, nice material and no defects.

The only issue I had was the ease of removing the shoes, but our baby  is 11 weeks. We got a size 2 shoe and so, there is definitely room for her to grow into. Right now, there are just a fashion piece. We loved the color and they felt like they would be comfty for our little one.
